Return Policy

At The Gold District, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your order, we will gladly accept unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items to be returned for store credit within 10 days of the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

They must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or any gifts received with the purchase.

Please note:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges. If an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount.

Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they are not damaged during transit. All returns undergo an inspection before acceptance. We cannot accept returned products that have been damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched). If your return package does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a fee.

How to Make a Return:

Ensure the item is in its original packaging and ship it in a shipping box (do not use envelopes, as they may damage the item).

Print your return label and send the item back to us.

Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You'll receive an email notification once it's processed.

Please note that The Gold District is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost during return shipping if shipped independently.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed into our production system. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
